Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and turn on two-factor authentication if you hold a balance.

Rackzy is a venue. Sellers list and auction their own cards; buyers bid and buy. We are not the seller, we do not own the cards, and we do not take possession of them. The contract of sale is between buyer and seller. What we provide is the marketplace, the payment rails and the dispute process.

This is the part people get wrong, so it is worth being blunt: a bid is an offer to buy. If you win, you have bought the card and you owe the money. Bids cannot be retracted because you changed your mind, and repeatedly winning and not paying will get your account suspended and your balance held against what you owe.

• List only cards you actually own and can ship.
• Describe condition honestly. Photos must be of the real card, not stock images.
• Do not bid on your own lots, and do not arrange for anyone else to do it for you. Shill bidding ends the account.
• Ship within the time stated on the listing, with tracking.
• Grading claims must be accurate. If a card is not in a numbered slab from the grader named, do not present it as graded.

• Counterfeit, proxy or reprinted cards presented as genuine.
• Stolen goods, or anything you do not have the right to sell.
• Anything illegal where either you or the buyer is located.
• Harassing, threatening or hateful behaviour in chat, streams or messages.
• Attempts to move a transaction off Rackzy to avoid fees. It also removes every protection either side has.
• Scraping, automated bidding tools, or interfering with the service.

Selling fees are shown before you list, and buyers see the full total, including shipping and tax, before paying. We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Payouts are made to your verified payout method after the buyer protection window closes. We may hold a payout while a dispute or fraud review is open.

If a card arrives significantly not as described, or does not arrive at all, open a dispute within the window shown on your order. We will look at the listing, the photos, the tracking and the messages, and decide. Where a buyer is owed a refund, we may reverse the payout to the seller to fund it. Buyer remorse is not grounds for a return.

What you broadcast is yours, and you keep ownership of it. By streaming on Rackzy you give us permission to show, record and replay it on the platform. Streams are public. Do not broadcast anything you do not have the right to broadcast, and do not use a stream to run a giveaway that requires payment to enter.

You keep the rights to your photos, listings and messages. You give us the licence needed to display them on Rackzy and to promote the platform. You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, defrauds someone, or puts other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why and give you a route to respond. Fraud and safety cases may be actioned immediately.

Rackzy is provided as is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price estimate, market value, population figure or comp shown in the product. Those are reference data from third parties and are not appraisals or investment advice. We are not liable for the conduct of any buyer or seller. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Rackzy after that means you accept the new version. Questions go to support@rackzy.gg.
