Cards and collectibles bought on Rackzy are sold by individual sellers, and a sale is final once the card arrives as described. This page sets out when you are refunded anyway, and how.
When you buy or win a card, your payment is held by Rackzy, not paid to the seller. Every order ships with a tracking number. The seller is paid 2 days after the card is delivered (by Canada Post’s delivery scan, or when you confirm it arrived), or 14 days after they mark it shipped if neither happens first. If the carrier reports the parcel returned or lost, or has no scan a week after shipping, the seller’s payment is paused. That hold is what makes a refund possible if something goes wrong.
A full refund returns everything you paid for that order: the card, its shipping and its tax.
Open the order in Orders and choose Report a problem. Report it as soon as you can: once you confirm the card arrived you have 2 days to report a problem before the seller is paid, and otherwise before the 14-day hold ends. Include photos of the card and the packaging. Our team reviews both sides and decides; the decision is final, and both of you are told why.
Refunds go to your Rackzy wallet straight away, where you can spend them. If you would rather have money you added by card returned to that card, contact support and we will refund it to the original payment method.
