This agreement applies on top of the Terms of Service to everyone who sells on Rackzy. It sets out how sellers are approved, what Rackzy charges, how and when you are paid, and what we expect from you. Applying to sell means you accept it.
Every seller is reviewed by our team before they can list a card or run a live auction. To apply you need a confirmed email address and two-factor authentication, and you give us your legal name and the Interac e-Transfer address your payouts go to. We usually decide within 2 business days. We may decline an application, or withdraw approval later, if we are not confident you will deliver what you sell.
Listing is free. When a card sells, Rackzy keeps 10% of the sale price. Shipping the buyer pays is passed to you to cover the label. Sales tax is charged to the buyer at checkout and remitted by Rackzy; it is not part of your payout.
You may refund an order yourself at any time before it is decided otherwise. When a buyer disputes an order, our team reviews both sides and decides. If we refund a buyer after you have already been paid, the amount is taken back from your balance; if your balance is not enough, it goes negative and your next sales repay it. You cannot withdraw or buy while your balance is negative. See the Refund Policy.
Only cards and sealed product you own and can ship, described honestly. The prohibited items list sets out what may never be sold here.
You are responsible for your own income tax on what you earn. Under Canada's reporting rules for digital platforms, Rackzy may be required to report sellers' identity and earnings to the Canada Revenue Agency, and we may ask you for the details that requires before your next payout.
We may pause or end your selling privileges for breaking this agreement, the Terms of Service, or the law, or to protect buyers. Money owed to buyers is settled first; any remaining balance you earned is paid out to you.
