The seller puts a card up with a countdown, and you tap a bid button to bid the amount shown. A bid in the last 30 seconds puts the timer back to 30 seconds, so nobody wins by sniping at the buzzer. The highest bid when the timer runs out wins.
See who is liveSet the most you would pay and Rackzy bids for you, one step at a time, up to that amount. If you win, you pay only what it took to win, not your maximum.
When you bid, the amount is held from your wallet: it is set aside, not sent to the seller. If someone outbids you, it is released straight away. If you win, it pays for the card, and shipping (plus sales tax where it applies) is added. All bids and purchases are final.
On a buy-now listing, tap Make an offer. The seller can accept or decline it, and if they accept you pay the offer price. You can have one pending offer per listing; a new one replaces the old one.
Browse the marketplaceBids and purchases are paid from your Rackzy wallet. Add funds from your profile, or from the bid button when you are short, with any of the payment methods shown there.
Open your walletMoney set aside for your active bids. You cannot spend it elsewhere while you are winning, and it goes back to your available balance the moment you are outbid.
Shipping is shown before you pay. Buying several cards from the same seller in one checkout charges their shipping once.
Yes. Your payment is held by Rackzy, not paid to the seller, until you confirm the card arrived, or until 14 days after the seller marks the order shipped. Some established sellers are paid sooner.
Orders shows the status of everything you have bought, and the tracking number once the seller ships. When your card arrives, confirm delivery there.
Go to your ordersMessage the seller first: sellers can refund an order themselves. If you cannot sort it out, open the order and tap Report a problem. Our team reviews it and decides whether you are refunded or the seller is paid.
Report a problem with an orderGo to Sell and verify your account. Then list a card by taking a photo (we read the card and fill in its market price), upload many at once from a spreadsheet, or go live and auction cards one at a time.
Start sellingListing is free. Rackzy keeps 10% of each sale, and the listing form shows the exact amount you will receive before you list.
Your earnings reach your wallet when the sale completes: when the buyer confirms delivery, or 14 days after you mark it shipped. Withdraw to your bank from your seller dashboard; the minimum withdrawal is $5.
