Delete your Rackzy account

You can delete your Rackzy account yourself at any time, on the web or in the Rackzy app. It takes a minute, and it cannot be undone.

Cannot sign in any more? Email support@rackzy.gg from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

On the web

Sign in at rackzy.gg.
Open this page (rackzy.gg/delete-account), or Your data on your profile page, and choose Delete my account.
If anything is still open, the screen lists it. Otherwise type DELETE to confirm. An account with two-factor sign-in asks for your code first.

In the Rackzy app

Open Settings, then Delete account. The app runs the same deletion as the website, with the same checks.

What has to be finished first

Deletion waits while something is still owed either way, so nobody loses a card or money:

a purchase that has not arrived, or an order you sold that has not been delivered;
money in your wallet, a sale still in its escrow period, or a withdrawal not yet sent;
an auction of yours with bids, a live show, or a break that is still open;
a vault pack our team is opening for you right now;
a bid still held on your saved card, or a card payment that has not reached your wallet yet.

What is deleted

Your profile: your name, bio and picture are removed and your username is replaced.
Your shipping and billing addresses and saved payout details.
Your saved payment cards: removed from Rackzy, and disabled at Square, our payment processor, so they can never be charged again.
Your follows, likes, want list, watchlist, saved shows, followed tags, collections, portfolio history, maximum bids, comments and preferences.
Your giveaway terms acceptances, notification subscriptions and the app’s push tokens.
Your sign-in: the login is closed, so the account can never be signed into again.
Your open buy-now listings and pending offers are closed.

What is kept, and why

Order, payment, payout and tax records are kept for six years, as Canadian tax law requires, attached to an anonymous name instead of yours. Bids and messages you sent stay with the orders and conversations they belong to, under the same anonymous name. Nothing kept is used for marketing.

If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can also remove Rackzy from the connected apps in your Google Account or Apple ID settings. See the Privacy Policy for everything Rackzy collects. Before deleting you can download a copy of your data from Your data on your profile page.
