Giveaway Rules

Entering is free. You never have to buy, bid, tip or follow anyone to enter or to win, and buying something does not improve your chances.

• You must be 18 or older, have a Rackzy account in good standing, and confirm your age and acceptance of these rules once, before your first entry.
• The seller running a giveaway cannot enter or win it.
• One entry per person per giveaway. Entering from more than one account can get every one of them removed.
• Suspended and deleted accounts are not eligible.

• Enter to win: you tap Enter before entries close. One winner is picked from the entries.
• Live viewer draw: the winner is picked from the people watching the show when the seller draws, among viewers who have confirmed they are 18 or older and accept these rules. Being in the room is the only entry.

Rackzy’s server picks the winner at random from everyone eligible; the seller cannot choose who wins, and the animation shown in the stream plays out the result the server already picked. Your odds depend on how many people are eligible.

• The seller running the giveaway is its sponsor and provides the prize. Rackzy provides the platform.
• A cash or voucher prize is set aside from the seller’s balance when the giveaway starts, and paid to the winner’s wallet when they are drawn.
• A card or other item is shipped by the seller to the winner’s saved address.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless they are cash.
• If a seller cancels a giveaway before the draw, there is no winner and any money set aside goes back to the seller.

The winner is told in the app and shown in the stream by their handle. Rackzy does not publish anything else about winners. You may be responsible for any tax on what you win.

If a prize does not arrive, or you think a giveaway was not run by these rules, report it from the show or the seller’s page, or email support@rackzy.gg. See also the Terms.

Giveaways are run by independent sellers and are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo or any other card publisher.
